This year, Plate Above is offering an Easter menu including to-go brunch, dinner and platter options so you can spend more valuable time with family and friends celebrating the season of new beginnings. Let your meal plans be a breeze and enjoy the season while it’s here.
At the center of our Orlando Easter menu is a brand-new brunch option including Cured Salmon, with sides like Mushroom & Gruyere Pinwheels, Spinach & Egg Pie, Candied Bacon, and Grilled Ham with Pineapple and Cherries. To top it all off, a sweet Blueberry French Toast Bread Pudding.
If your family prefers a big Easter dinner, we’ve got you covered too with entrée options like Herb-encrusted Leg of Lamb and Procuitto-wrapped Roasted Pork Loin. There are plenty of sides to choose from including Mac & Cheese, Scalloped Potatoes, and Orzo Pasta Salad.
Our meals can each feed up to eight people, with plenty of options to customize your order based on your family’s cravings.
“Easter is all about spending time with your family even if you’ve been away from them for awhile and just catch up over a nice holiday meal together,” Plate Above Banquet Captain Rebecca Webster said. “I would attend Easter at my grandmother’s house. She would have baskets made for me, my sister, and my two cousins and we would have to go look for the baskets before we started our Easter egg hunt. We would always try to find as many as we could and then she would tell us that we needed to have the same number of eggs so we would have to split everything and then we would go through our eggs and see what we all got.”
